"A memorable stay for the best reasons. If any criticism, I feel the bathroom taps in our room were very difficult to turn, as they were narrow and round. Also there were no grab rails on the wall facing the bath, so for an elderly customer, the process of getting out of the bath was somewhat hazardous. We'll come again!"

"The hotel seemed to be short staffed during breakfast service. The staff seemed annoyed when we ordered eggs. For some reason, the radiators were on full blast in the corridor between reception and the rooms despite it being 30+ degrees outside. So it was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great in our room. It was blowing but the air wasn’t cooled. A red light was flashing on the temperature control.
