"It could do with more cleaning. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh but the room carpet needed deep cleaning with dust bunnies along the corner skating . The carpet looked discoloured and the floors creaked. The pillows were so flimsy and my duvet had a rip on the underside. There was so much hair all over the room and the beds were not comfortable at all. The bathroom tap was so difficult to open as if it hasnt been used in years. "Good location, well worth the money.
Staff excellent apart from the night security guard who wanted a full breakdown of who we were (I already gave him my full name and room number) carried on asking more questions until a younger staff member came from the back and stopped the multiple questions.
In general staff were excellent. "

"This hotel turned out to be quite deceiving.
From the outside it looked grand when you walk up to it, but in reality it was tired with a 70s/80s building on the side which is where we stayed.
Branded as a spa hotel, the spa side was tiny, old and very dated. The pool was very small, the jacuzzi wasnt working and empty. The sauna was tiny, with a door that was hanging off the hinges and had scraped the floor. In the changing room, very few of the lockers worked.

"Stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. Enjoyable stay. Food was ok. Sadly the spa was practically unusable due to large number of guests/day-visitors using it."
