"Our room was very clean. The staff during the day were extremely helpful, alas, not so much when we had a problem during the night. The hotel gave us a credit for this. The breakfast was fine, although, as expected on a bank holiday, super busy. We did not appreciate the proximity of the hotel to the conference centre. Therefore, maybe an idea to check if there is a conference on when you visit and what time it finishes in the evening."

"Hocus Pocus is a really fun, quirky themed place to stay. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and the cleaning crew was super helpful with that. We really liked the central location with shopping and food around The Shambles. Room was clean and the fan was helpful when it felt a little stuffy. Overall, we had a great one night stay."

My only feedback was the breakfast service was disappointing- only one self serve coffee machine for the entire restaurant which meant sometimes long queues and cooked breakfast options served just warm and on two occasions eggs not cooked entirely and guacamole served instead of avocado / as advertised. "Really can't fault it. Clean, posh, good location. Dropped our bags off early and they had been taken to our room for us by night check in. Free water was needed after a festival in crazy heat. Staff all very nice"
