"Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Room well presented but no shower gel in the shower! Spa would have been £50 pp as we were on a B &B rate.
Food in elements restaurant overpriced and vegetarian choice was bland and disappointing.
Gorgeous slightly individual hotel but definitely overpriced"

The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had .
It's the fruit choice .
Every single fruit you can think of is there amazing .
All the home made jams and marmalade gorgeous 😍.
The cooked breakfast is also amazing 👏 if you go to harrogate stay here you won't be disappointed"

"First time staying here and I had a really lovely experience. The room had everything I needed and the little touches like the tea tray and snacks were a lovely bonus. Stephen was really helpful when I checked in and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The bed was so comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I’d definitely stay again."
