"We booked a one night stay after our midnight flight back to Schiphol. It's close to the airport. Comfortable beds. However, the only downside I found was that parking was very difficult. Although it's free parking during your stay, we had lots of trouble to find a parking spot at 3 am (with an 11 month old with us). Busses use the car park and take up 4 car parking spots which are meant for cars. And there were quite some busses parked there. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay and would...

"Our stay was excellent! It was a little out of the way but the tram is only 2 blocks away. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel. PS. The beds are so comfortable."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."
