"Hard to fault too much considering the price. It was quiet, I got a good nights sleep and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment but otherwise acceptable. "

The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. The suites are very nice, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. "

"Lovely hotel. The location was excellent. Showers are great. Breakfast was too expensive though at €44 pp Service was average. Asked for an ironing board and it took around 40 mins and 3 phone calls before it arrived. There was no turn down service and no little treats which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. "
