"The room is dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. Toilet seat was broken. Property condition is horrible. A disgrace and disgusting. Not fit for human habitation. "

Spacious and clean hotel. Great breakfast spread, enjoyed the local dishes such as masala chai and dossa. Service was good and check-in/out was seamless. Spacious room with good amenities. Noticed the large outdoor smoking area which is great for smokers. Will visit again if have a chance.
Improvement areas could be ensuring wedding celebrations to end 10PM as it went on till midnight thus the loud music was held till then, OR sound proof further the rooms near the wedding area.
Lastly, just...

The hotel is grand and gives you a great feeling the moment you walk in.
There are lot of things which the friendly hotel staff does which makes you feel at home and welcome all the time.
The hotel has great restaurants and each restaurant is unique and showcases different cuisines.
