Staff were nice… my kids got sick and they were helpful with getting extra sheets but did not change the mattress protector after we told them about the blood, however they did after the 2nd request the following day when we discovered it wasn’t actually changed the initial time we requsted it to be changed (they just made the bed and changed top sheets the first...

"The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. "

"Excellent hotel! Great set up with the centre atrium. A bit disappointed that they shut off the lights at 11pm but understand as the noise does travel and would be disruptive to guests trying to sleep. Lots of hot tubs and tables/chairs to hang out with friends and family. Super comfy chairs in the middle where we enjoyed our morning coffees. Didn’t love that we needed a key for the pool but I understand the premise. Breakfast had tons of variety and was fresh and delicious. Shout out to Zach...

"Clean room, full cooking amenities with dishwasher in the room. The overall stay was pleasant. The only complaint I have is the shower water pressure was poor. "

"This was a GREAT place to stay, I got a king room for my brother and I and I slept on the fold out bed and let me tell you it was COMFY!!! They got all new mattress in for their fold outs and I slept great! If you are trying to save money there’s NO problem with doing the same thing I did "

"The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only syrup for waffles. And why was everything warmed up in plastic? Microplastics are dispersed more when food warmed up in plastic. So that was a bit off putting. Pool was too cold and had rusty parts of equipment. Biggest disappointment was that front lobby was full of boxes. I know they are rennovating. But youd think the boxes could be stored somewhere else. Staff very friendly and helpful "
