"The room and washroom very clean plus spacious. The only thing is when I booked the room it said US fallsview. It’s not a full huge view. It’s a small window of the US fallsview but mainly view of the city and parking Although the room was comfortable and really clean which is what I liked the most."

"Everything was wonderful. one of my favorite hotels by far. only issue i had was that another guest deadbolted the indoor pool so that nobody else could access it which resulted in me and my girlfriend not being able to use the pool."

"Our family of 5 had a great stay. The room and pool were perfect and the buffet was a great price. The staff were awesome giving us a few extras not included in the buffet. Conveniently close to Clifton hill. Definitely will stay here again."

"It stinks how the water park doesn't open until 10am but you have to check out at 11. You shouldn't have to pay for parking either."

"Was not what I expected. Children screaming and running all over the courtyard - no adult supervision and no staff near by to help. Price is right but not for the peace of mind I needed."
