Despite having a membership, the room did not feel like the standard I had paid or expected for a Superior room. The bathroom was particularly poorly designed. The door opened directly toward the toilet seat, and you had to push it quite hard, causing it to drag along the toilet seat just to open it. Even the bathroom pipe fittings were difficult to operate and felt poorly...

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating at check-in. We received very thorough information and the provided concierge was helpful the whole trip. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The extras, like restaurants, activities, and cabanas were reasonably priced and worth the cost. We have older kids, so some of the kid-friendly activities weren’t suited to them. I wish we had visited when they were younger to take advantage of all that GWL had to offer. That said, with older kids...

"There’s was no complimentary drink not even water bottles. The kettle to hot water was not working and you have a pay for a cup of coffee. We spend a lot of money to go there and have fun with the family and they can’t even offer us a bottle water which cost nothing compared to the stay there. Very disappointed and will not be going back there."
