"Awesome experience "

"Yes the room was somewhat clean, but employees could use more training on how to clean the rooms and common areas, the building used to be very clean and nice, I was Proud to stay there, I stayed there in 2016 and in the year 2018, the place was spotless, but in 2020 I visit friends agsin stayed there and notice a huge downward difference in service cleanliness, the front desk hasn't been cleaned walls filthy and the rooms were okay found dirty vap pen on floor there is no coffee machine in the room, very disappointed, "

"Pros. Clean room. Nice views. Building is picturesque. Staff are friendly. Cons. Shower is labelled opposite. Hot is cold. Cold is hot. Towels are old and thin. Minor fixes could make this 5 star experience"

"Had to ask for extra towels because of how many of us there were, but hotel east quick up deliver them. Rooms clean and nice pool, hot tub and sauna! Great location too! "

"Great trip. Their was construction going on so they upgraded our room which is wonderful. "

"The hot tub was fine. The continental breakfast was like going to a zoo. Found it very unacceptable that adults as well as children were down there in their pajamas and no shoes on. That's unacceptable in a food health environment safety wise. Coming from the pool people without shoes bare feet health and safety wise again. Children playing in the hallways with balls at ungodly hours unacceptable I won't be spending any more time in this hotel"

"Visit was stressful from start to finish. Cars all over the place, on site parking $70! Only 2 elevators working - we waited over 10min each time only to have to cram in with 20 other people. Walking up and down the stairs became the better option. Free breakfast was not great. Construction noise and debris everywhere. I felt bad for the staff that tried their best and just looked at the guests with pity and helplessness. "
