"Hotel entrance look fantastic but rooms were kind of outdated. Location is perfect, walking distance to subway stations and most tourist destinations. There was a mandatory destination fee applicable daily to selected food/beverage and a couple complimentary activities but were not really explained by the front desk. "There was a variety of food for breakfast, the room I stayed in was spacious clean and comfortable, the shower met with my approval and all the staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Too noisy , housekeeping crew kept banging the door of their storage which was located next to our room .. this would go on every night until 1am .. room is outdated , bathroom needs some serious help .specially for the cost. staff is great and friendly .. but facilities really needs some care and renovation."

Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out!
