"Our only complaint was that the rooms were definitely not soundproof. The neighboring room had their tv on until early morning and we could hear everything they were watching."

"This was our second stay and we didn't enjoy it as much as we did 3/4 years ago.
Seriously, $6 waters in the room, which cost them 60 cents? Just don't provide it if that's what you intend to charge people. I had to call the front desk for the internet password as it wasn't provided in the room or at check-in. "Our group stayed at La Posada during a women’s retreat. The location was great, and most of the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and our room experiences left quite a bit to be desired.
The hotel is definitely dated, and the rooms themselves are very tired, dark, and in need of updating. During the first part of my stay, my room had a few spots of dog feces on the carpet. While it appeared that the mess had been picked up, the carpet clearly had not been properly...

"We had a great stay at Eldorado! Our room looked even nicer than the pictures. It was very clean. Housekeeping came by everyday to clean our room, take out trash and leave clean towels. The Agave Lounge was great for eating at. We had breakfast there every morning. It was never too busy. I suppose the kitchen was rather slow, but we didn't mind because we enjoyed the coffee. The esthetic of the whole hotel was really nice. It has a grand open entry when you walk in. There are a ton of chairs and...
