Cari Hotel di New Mexico

"Our room didn't have any hot water the first night. We stayed 2 nights, they never cleaned the room. We were not told there was a button with a light that tells them to clean or not. We should have been told that upon arrival. Also, we realized we left our airpods in our room, we did a locator and they were still located on the property so we called to let them know to please look for them and they made no effort at all. No call back, 3 hours later we tried to locate again, and they had...

"Delightful relaxing stay. A must for anyone visiting Santa Fe."

"Great hotel right in the heart of town with a gorgeous lobby and simply fabulous staff. Secreto is the best craft cocktail bar in the city, if you're interested in happy hour or a nightcap! The room was tiny but quaint - no closet or desk, but it worked for two nights. Some of the carpeting in the hallways could use a refresh; and I could hear all the footsteps in the room above me, which was kind of a bummer, but thankfully Santa Fe doesn't stay up too late. "Love the outdoor heated pool and hottub. Fire alarm at 5am was not appreciated but stuff happens"

"There was no restaurant in hotel and no breakfast supplier close to the hotel."

"My husband and I stayed here, it was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, safe, dining all around. The staff was wonderful! A beautiful place to stay! Hope to stay there again!"

"Beautiful hotel situated on lovely grounds with trees and paths. King bed was comfortable with nice linens. Balcony was pleasant. Room was heavy on animal skins and hallways are lined with antlers, so if you're not into that, beware. Large bathtub looks great (and it was), but a bit treacherous to step out of. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers in the bar, which is very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't speak to the spa amenities, but they look inviting."
