Cari Hotel di New Mexico

"This property entrance was obscured due to road work. The carpeting was dirty, elevator sketchy. The pool water was murky. Hot tub unclean and occupied 3 days in a row by3 adult black women, young children who played loud rap music , the kids were loud, unruly and they never left the hot tub for hours every evening so noone else was able to use , no relaxation. Nothing done about it by staff. The Wifi never worked every time I went to the front desk they said they had to alert security to re-set...

"Our room didn't have any hot water the first night. We stayed 2 nights, they never cleaned the room. We were not told there was a button with a light that tells them to clean or not. We should have been told that upon arrival. No call back, 3 hours later we tried to locate again, and they had...

"Delightful relaxing stay. A must for anyone visiting Santa Fe."

"The rooms and public areas are clean but worn and dated. Bathroom was functional but 20+ years old You should get more at this price point Great location and easy parking"

"Love the outdoor heated pool and hottub. Fire alarm at 5am was not appreciated but stuff happens"

"We stayed only one night. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our needs."

"I as well as seveal people could not get seated at Carrie's Resturant. We finally just left and went to eat somewhere else."

"Clean"

"Beautiful hotel situated on lovely grounds with trees and paths. King bed was comfortable with nice linens. Balcony was pleasant. Room was heavy on animal skins and hallways are lined with antlers, so if you're not into that, beware. Large bathtub looks great (and it was), but a bit treacherous to step out of. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers in the bar, which is very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't speak to the spa amenities, but they look inviting."
