"I stayed at the hotel to attend an entertainment event at the casino. The hotel is clean and well kept. I was disappointed in the restaurants available. They have limited menus and the quality of the food is average. I expect higher quality from a Hilton hotel. If you want to attend an entertainment event and plan to use the casino spearing, I suggest staying at a hotel closer to Santa Fe, which has many fine restaurants. "

"The breakfast options were good and the Happy Hour choices were fine. The staff was very accommodating. The availability of the shuttle and kindness of the drivers was exceptional. They would take us anywhere and give suggestions about some tourist areas. Very nice stay."

"This is my third or fourth time staying there I choose it because it draws a certain type of clientele. There are so many hotels in the area that have allowe themselves to go down in Quality and appearance. I am glad that the embassy maintains standard.. see you in the summer"

"All around bad. Stayed for a week. The room was very outdated and had several large stains on the carpet. The air conditioner couldn’t even get down to 66. And housekeeping never picked up/replaced the dirty glasses and cups and failed to bring clean towels on one day of our stay. The front desk staff were ineffective and nonplussed by everything in this review. "Everything was excellent except there was no way to turn on the shower without getting cold water on you because of how the shower controls were set up. Hotel is in a great location"

"I just wanted to say how wonderful my stay was from start to finish. I arrived from Iceland at 1:00 am and was greeted by your friendly night staff who gave me so much information about the area...even though none of it sunk in due to sleep deprivation. Then the nightly fire you made me! And to top it off, your cleaning staff was kind enough to find my diamond necklace that had fallen off my bedside table. 💯 awesome service! I will definitely be back and recommend 5 stars to everyone!"
