"Desk staff was very friendly upon our arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, this hotel is in need of an update. The high point is that it is connected to and part of the Crown Plaza so you have access to their restaurant and facilities. We arrived late afternoon and went to the bar for happy hour. The bartender/server was named Angela and she was an absolute star. She was so friendly and welcoming we ended up staying there for dinner. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a bottle of wine and a very enjoyable meal which she served to us. We would not hesitate to return here if we found ourselves traveling through Albuquerque again."

"The environment was unique and peaceful, and the SW decor was charming. The staff were attentive, friendly, professional, and very welcoming to my two dogs. The other guests were extremely friendly as well. The DT location is perfect for walking to galleries, museums, and dining."

"Staff at check in were less to be desired. Even though they admitted to having a king bed available, they kept pushing for a double. We hadn’t booked ahead of time so went up to get rates. The rates at counter were more than what Expedia had. When asked if they could match they said they’d ask and came back and said to book on Expedia, yet a couple minutes before they said Expedia was down and they couldn’t take reservations through them. Hmmm.. just wasn’t a pleasant check in. We were spoiled with the first Hyatt Place in Santa Fe. Everything was excellent!! Every other location thus far hasn’t met their excellence. Guess we need to find another chain that has consistent excellence! "

"I enjoyed my stay at Glorieta. Clean Rooms and convenient to the plaza. The rooms are a bit too dark and the lighting in the bathrooms are blue lights and should be changed to a warm lighting - again it was too dark in the bathroom to get ready. The rooms are not wired for any new electronics - so be prepared for all business trips and wires and adapters. The pool area is very nice to hang out - it could use some lounge music to make it better. Overall - I would stay there again."
