Hotel Mesra LGBT di Carlsbad

"This is a charming place to stay. The room was clean and so inviting: A coffee bar was provided and a comfortable bed to rest your weary body in. Jenn was very responsive and made herself available for any need. The Blue House Bakery just down the street is the perfect place to feed your hunger with very well-prepared breakfast and lunch food. The parking situation is a little confusing, but we managed. We just stayed one night as we were traveling but will definitely return."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Location perfect"

"I'd like the fact that I paid for a jacuzzi room, and the fact that the jacuzzi didn't work, to be pro rated off my bill. There's standing water on the stair cases when it rains. The restaurant is excellent and the ground level employees are awesome for the most part. I'd like if they'd answer the phone to discuss the jacuzzi issue. Don't know if they'll do the right thing with a partial refund yet?"

"When we arrived the front desk person was so unfriendly. I asked for a corkscrew because I'd bought a nice bottle of wine and "no" was what we heard. No trying to be helpful-just NO. Not what had been disclosed when "breakfast included" was advertised. We weren't really planning on having breakfast there anyway but it was the negative...

Main downsides is that there is barely if any food options in the area so would suggest to pick up something on the way there or pick your own. It’s also a popular stop for truckers to catch some sleep for the night so sometimes the vehicle traffic can be loud. Bathroom and shower are very small and basic [not...

"Booked the wrong weekend in a hurry…. Booked the right weekend immediately after and this establishment refused to credit back the money. I will NEVER stay at this hotel line again."

"The room was clean and VERY small, good for 1 person, not much for 2. Breakfast on Saturdays is available at 10am when the app says 7am, it was Indian food served at a food truck parked at the property, not burritos as other reviews showed, we had reservations at the caverns at 10:30 so we couldn't stay for breakfast but they offer to prepare coffee if we wanted, we just ended going to a gas station and getting food there. If you are a free spirited person and doesn't care for luxury, this place...
