"Mi estadía fue buena, el staff 10/10, la habitación muy linda con vista al mar pero en el baño al entrar vi cabello en el piso, y al lado de la mesa de noche habían uñas y semillas de pistacho, y en cuanto a las amenidades bien, pudimos usar la piscina a pesar de que no había buen clima, igual volvería me gustó mucho la estadía"

"I absolutely loved it. Checking in was actually the BEST part. The young woman was a delight !!!! She was so so sweet and helpful and made sure to place us on a high story with amazing views and I told her it was a special get away .. and she really was listening and went above and beyond. "The hallways were very dusty and carpets were dirty. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Before checkout the maids kept knocking on the door. No microwave and for the rate it should have been one and a sofa. Parking very expensive. Room was clean. Staff was friendly at desk. It’s family friendly. Other than that it was good. Except put table game had missing chips"

"Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes. For a hotel of this size, the amenities were disappointing. There is no pool, no casino, no vending machines for drinks or snacks, and only one small coffee shop with limited hours.
