"Good hotel, clean, efficient and good view. Nothing to complain about."

"Great location in New Haven and very walkable to a lot of great restaurants. There is a parking deck across the street for a fee with adjoining bridge on the second floor between the parking garage and the hotel. Friendly staff at the lobby and beautiful lobby. Space. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Very clean and quiet on the 5 th floor. "

"Pros: The staff was quite friendly, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, and bathroom was big. Everything was clean. Cons: Walls are thin, can hear neighbors (my solution, keep bathroom and A/C fans running--white noise). I would suggest a different contractor to fix the floor transitions and sink plumbing into wall."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Clean, quiet and the price was right. I thought I left something behind and when I called in the evening Luke, at the front desk went out of his way to track down the item and calling me back for updates. Turns out it got caught in a hidden area of the car. Thank you Luke. "
