"Property is a bit dated, but clean, quiet, and suited our needs. I was surprised that our room had no microwave ( I went out and bought an electric kettle for my nightly Tea). Parking lot was a short walk across the property, quite a ways from our room...I prefer closer to the bldg., but it wasn't raining, so we survived. Comfortable place for families...pool looked nice. "Very cool old hotel. The hotel has so much history. The rolling floors show the age of the hotel but give it character and makes it real. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are super pet friendly. Anna at the front desk was wonderful. She suggested a couple restaurants with in walking distance. The Little Grill (was once apon a time the train station) was a pleasant 10 minute walk taking us through town. We’d eat there again. Fyi, Littleton does roll up the carpets at 9pm. The...

"Would stay here again in a heartbeat and super thrilled I chose to stay with a local establishment. I had to communicate a late check in with the inn, and they were quick to respond and eased my concerns. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The area is walkable and safe. There is plenty of parking. Thank you to the Kearsarge Inn for a great long weekend!"

"check in and staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and only 5 min away from outlets. the room was clean and bed was comfy. Only downside is its location the hotel is off a highway near some condos. But its quiet and cant beat the price . "
