"Hot water hardly works. They wont let you take the breakfast up to your room. No ice buckets in the rooms. The tables in the room were sticky. The breakfast selection was poor "

"Overall it was a clean facility. Rooms were very spacious. The reason we booked this hotel was for spring break and the pool/water park facility. Unfortunately that was closed and we were not notified of this upon booking. Needless to say, it was a big dissatisfier. They were nice and did give us free breakfast for the inconvenience but o my because we asked."

"Hotel is a fav of my due to location and it’s boutique nature and its restaurant and bar and fabulous adjacent secret speak easy but hotel needs TLC. The outside area has been under construction for over 2 years. They shut off the water over night and had no water for my early am shower before catching an early flight"
