I had a little birthday get together for my daughter and grandson , the cake was quite big and definitely wouldn't fit in the refrigerator in our room. The staff allowed me to store it in their refrigerator. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful our entire visit. I love Hyatt we will never go anywhere else... The room also was very clean . Thank you

8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The property was clean and well-maintained. It seemed older than what looks in the pictures. It was in a good location. Having a parking garage was great. There were a lot of kids there for some reason, so like in most cases, the pool was of no use. The bar was not in use so that was not good. The breakfast tasted good, but the food was always out, and there was no real order to get your food. The elevators were really slow.

It was a perfect spot for our family. Our kids loved seeing fireworks outside the window, and it's so close to everything. Checking in and out were a breeze.

Staff was welcoming when I got there… got my room early and they made me a to go breakfast the next day because I had to leave so early the next day. Workout room was nice to have, but needed a little attention. The staff in the wee hours the next day was a little less than attentive but it was 4am.

Perfectly located in the Old Market in Omaha. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do, and there are so many places to visit. They have a pool but it was extremely cold, and nice little gym. Waffle maker breakfast with all the extras was good, but it did cost more. Would stay here again, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our check in was not the best. 3pm check in and room still wasn't ready. Our fridge did not work and room phone was broke. Good location for being in the Old Market.
