"The rooms were not clean. Shower was not working properly. Had to change 3 rooms."

"When I arrived at 4:30am after a delayed flight, it looked like reception was closed. There was someone inside but the lights were out. Then they showed me to my room which at the time I said was ok - sort of - as I just wanted sleep. I only slept 4 hours as the room was very dirty on closer inspection and the mattress was so old the springs were sticking into me. "The Airport Shuttle was timely arranged and the staff were super friendly. They were on top of my flight schedules and made sure Everything went Smooth. It’s a good distance from the Airport. My Trip was very nice and the Hotel City Star helped it make alot easier. I recommend this Hotel."

"If Asian live there , they will feel uncomfortable. I also asked them to check out the electrical water heater, but it was still no working after they checked out the machine. There is only hot water in the morning. And the temperature for shower is unstable."
