"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. "Room was clean Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner. Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance.."

"AC and TV worked well… there was no microwave and the room felt a bit dated and old compared to the lobby and welcome area… it would have been nice to have Ice machines on every floor but overall it was a decent place to stay for the price. There were a few dogs in the lobby at times which I didn’t expect… not sure if dogs are allowed to stay in all the rooms but that wouldn’t be good for people with allergies. "

" 1/5 Star* This was an unacceptable stay. The hotel lacked basic guest care—no kitchenette as expected, no staff support, and the manager was never available. The lobby was loud and disruptive, and noise carried throughout the hotel due to poor construction, making it impossible for my toddler to sleep. We were forced to check out after one night on 04/09/2026 and are still struggling to receive a refund for the unused night, despite repeated attempts through Expedia and directly with the hotel....

"he place was a dump. It did not look or feel clean and everything in there was beat up and looked like it had been picked out of the garbage. The A/C unit was archaic and so loud it kept us up all night. You could hear the neighbors talking next door and even snoring. The whole place was just shady. The TV remote did not work and the person at the front desk was "too busy" to help us at 8pm and said he could come to our room at 9:45pm to help us out. We said forget it, since we had been...

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in the Roslyn area. The rooms are modern and clean. The fitness room has nice equipment. One downside is that the lobby and normal breakfast area were under construction and completely sealed off, which detracted from the experience. Would have been good if that were disclosed when I was booking. Another pet peeve is the $3.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room. This differs from other major hotel chains I frequent."
