"Hotel is far away from the city centre but there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the station.Only one staff member was professional and kind to help at any time her name is Tomom Nagasava. Breakfast and dinner were the same but tasty . The onsen on the 3rd floor was clean."

"Estávamos em 3 hóspedes, mas só deixavam 2 jogos de toalhas. Tínhamos que ir pedir na recepção. A limpeza do quarto só faziam se colocássemos o aviso de porta. Mas o aviso era difícil de encontrar, pois é um tipo de imã. Como não encontramos nos 3 dias, não arrumaram nosso quarto "
