"This was one of the more memorable experiences and stays I've ever had - the loveliest even. Everything from the decor to the hospitality of the entire staff to the food to the meditation bath was a testament to intentionality. The attention to detail and storytelling of the omakase dinner at the restaurant was my absolute favorite part of our entire stay. Can't wait to return, hopefully for many years to come! "

"Check in Staff- Ms Hiro.. She made the check in experience very wonderful.. she was really detailed with the breakfast & dinner booking.
Definitely must go for the half board option! Dinner menu is the same in all our 4 nights stay..
Careful of the lady on 3/F guarding the Onsen, she is a little angry Grandma style.. but very necessary to ensure safety and order.

"Wir hatten ein Japan Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenen Onsen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hatten für das Dinner und Frühstück einen privaten Raum ( Japan Style) Das Dinner und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bestand aus mehreren Gängen.

"My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...
