"We stayed here for a day. We had a good stay overall but i felt some things can be improved - Pros - 1. Property is built nicely with a lot of activities. 2. Rooms have nice view and are spacious. 3. Parking is ample. 4. Service is quick Cons - 1. Lake water is not very clean, some efforts should be made to clean the water 2. There is little to almost no staff near rooms and activity areas 3. Checkin time is 4pm and some water acitivities end time is 4pm on weekends, so you have limited time...

"We were there on the Triathlon weekend June 7/8 and the hotel opened their breakfast buffet at 5:30AM to accomodate the athletes and spectators. This really made a difference. And the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Triathlon event."

"Very close to the 400 highway, but very quiet. The call of loons, ducks and geese were very soothing. Watched a beaver swim by. While most of the features (restaurant, seasonal water craft) were not available as it was off season, we were able to walk to another restaurant and it was great. Looking forward to visiting again during summer season."

"We have went to Sherwood Inn the past 3 years, we love it! Beautiful location on Lake Joseph. Great location close to Port Carling, surrounding area has lots to see. Reasonably priced. An amazing, relaxing escape we look forward to every year!"

"The room we stayed in was huge! Family of 4 with two little ones. I was worried that the room might be crowded with a pack n play set up. But i was very wrong! There was so much room, very spacious and convenient. Very thankful to have stayed here."
