"The general area and the building were unkempt and dirty. It was a no smoking building and both cigarette and marjuana smoke were very evident. There were no amenities in the bathroom at all - no soap, shampoo and tub was chipped in many areas. Both the kitchen and bathroom floors, my shoes stuck to. The screen door had no lock. The furniture, what there was, was generally shabby. I would not recommend this inn to anyone. I asked for an upgrade, which was refused."

"Excellent hotel, great location, right next to a supermarket and other stores, traditional breakfast—nothing extravagant, but it delivered on everything promised. The 24/7 coffee service was a big help. The rooms were clean. The only wrong thing was that the HVAC system was loud, which woke me up every time it kicked in at night, and I never figured out how to use the fan in the bathroom, I don’t know if it was broken or if the switch was somewhere else I couldn’t find. Overall, I recommend the hotel 100%."

"My room itself was clean and comfortable. Hotel divided into two sections. I paid for a room with a lakeview balcony. The "balcony" was NOT a balcony at all more like a very rundown motel external walkway with zero privacy or seating. Complete waste of money for the upgrade. The side of the hotel that has more "Tuscan" inspired rooms does have private balconies. The common spaces like lobby etc. very lack luster. Restaurant doesn't open until 8 am which was a disappointment if you like to be up early."
