"The view of the lake and the grounds are fabulous.
The room was very clean and comfortable. If I had one complaint it was that couldn't leave a little bottle of shampoo in the bathroom for the shower considering we paid good money for the room.
The room has a small kitchenette if you wanted to bring some food back. Very spacious accommodations."

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. "We 4 ppl booked there for 2Ns, but left there in the middle after the first night! Drawbacks:
-Low shower water pressure
-only 5mins hot water and then it's an absolute cold! (maybe their HW Tank is small)
-They add a hidden 'Property Fee' ($150) right before the Check-out at the site when booking!
-They add $25 per person over 2 guests PER NIGHT! While they didn't mention it at all!
-Our Cabin view to the beautiful lake was through a 2'x2' small window! You need to stay out of the Cabin to...

"Tidy and clean. Pet friendly! Good water pressure and heat. Great parking. No idea how to work the TV neither did another guest. No conditioner for hair. Fan in bathroom crazy loud. Hotel met my needs for sleeping."

"Room was clean bathroom shower had broken roof top in 1 spot reported and shower head sprayed water left and right so was leaking reported
Noise complaint when trying call front desk no answer when reported about noise complaint next day staff member just said we tried calling the room making a noise... instead of going to the room to deal with the noise complaint

"Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip.
Here are the PROS & CONS;
The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...
