"The staff was exceptional, They helped us with questions & directions whenever we asked. It's located conveniently to the Train, tram, bus station so you could get to wherever you needed to go. The room was clean & had a large bathroom & shower. We didn't use the restaurant. We just went to a bakery for breakfast & lunch/ dinner in town. It was a nice place for our needs."

"Das Hotel liegt gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ist an sich auch gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 17. Etage, wo sich die Fenster so gar nicht öffnen lassen und die AC durch das Personal gesteuert wird, was blöd ist. Das Bett war zu weich und die Matratze hat in der Mitte einen Hügel gebildet. Es gab nur einen Seifenspender in der Dusche für alles, der durch das harte Plastik schwer zu bedienen war. Die Glasscheibe vor dem Bad ist nicht sehr toll. 1. hört man alles und 2. ist...

"I absolutely loved my stay here. After long days exploring Amsterdam, it was such a delight to come back, relax and recharge. The hotel was incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality - especially impressive given the price compared to other places. Honestly, one of the best showers (and even flushing toilets!)
