This is the third Marriott hotel ive stayed in this year after the ones in D.C. and in Vienna..this one easily the worst..i feel bad saying that cause people at the concierge were helpful. However, the cleaning team was a disaster..to start off, we were staying for 10 days. Upon arrival we wwre assigned a room that literally smelled like sewage..we were too tired to say anything so we endured that evening..the next day we spoke to the front desk and they moved us to another room saying: "this one is on the other side of the building so there shouldnt be a problem with the smell"..which tells me they knew about the problem and they gave us the room anyway cause hey who cares right? Anyway..we stayed in a family room (with me my wife and two kids ages 8 and 5)..i had to push one of the beds towards the wall to make sure my 5 year old doesnt fall off the bed. Doing that revealed a huge stain on the carpet plus dirt on the floor..in a nuttshell, i notified the front desk 4 times about it..the first time the housekeeping simply moved the bed back in its place to cover the dirt...spoke to them again..they tried to clean the stain but not the floor..after the 4th time they changed the rug but they STILL didnt clean the floor..my goodness..they called to see if i had comments i truly didnt care at that point so i didnt tell them that the floor was still dirty...one last note...at that price range and no smart tv? That is just unacceptable
