"The room is was clean in general, but there were some short black hairs on the bed sheets. The floor was very dirty, my white socks were black in no time by walking around in the room. Unfortunately our shower was broken and it couldn’t been fixed during our stay, we got a voucher for drinks, which we didn’t like and that was also only valid for this one day, even though our shower was broken for 3 days. Also the receptionist was informed about this in the morning already and until late...

"Property is nice and some renovations was still going on. The kitchen essentials were not provided and we had to ask for salt and pepper. If you are planning to cook, would recommend a quick grocery run after check in. Pots and pans provided were only 1 each.We were offered a room which was in an area getting renovated and the corridor didn’t look good at all. After talking to the staff, they offered a different room quickly. My point was why would you even offer someone that kind of room where...

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"Reception was on the 3rd floor n rooms were 3 floors on top. For a first time guest, pls clarify how to get in n only one entrance outside the many entrances of the mall will let guest in w a room pass/swipe after 12MN. Our king bed was 2 single beds pushed together,hence d side tables were too far to reach! Otherwise location was handy for anything else n shower was wonderful. Did not have any meals in so can’t comment. Bring your own tea mugs as they have only small coffee cups despite asking...

"De kamer was prima en het personeel ook. Alleen 26 euro betalen om te parkeren is echt bizar. Verder miste ik een flesje water in de kamer, liep de douche niet goed door en waren de kamers erg gehorig. "

"The location was perfect, 5 mins walk into the centre. Parking on site was €25 euro for 24 hours. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were lovely. Recommend longhorns over the road for dinner. Would definitely stay again "
