"Everything was wonderful!!!!!"

"Clean room and breakfast was yummy! The parts I didn’t like were there was not handicapped accessibility doors either for rooms or the pool areas. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting in places. Sunday night the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1:00am and again at 4:40am. No staff said anything to me about it. No apologies or anything. That was very difficult for me being in a wheelchair. Thank you for listening! Jill Hudson"

"They was very short but we enjoyed our unit it's very clean exceeded our expectations. We plan on staying there again when we're in town again but for a longer stay. Loved the unit and our stay!"

"The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time."

"OK the bad and then the good: Beware the bathrooms in the queen doubles like we stayed in were so small, it was hard to shut the door with yourself in the bathroon, which was a toliet and a tub. Staff had to be reminded several times to bring extra pillows and a blanket, which the room lacked when we got there. They brought pillows, and a towel, and not an extra blanket. OOPS! The floors you could feel people walking around constantly. The good... The property was clean, and taken care of, as...

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

"Over all a nice stay. The bedroom air conditioning didn’t work. There weren’t any pool towels available and didn’t receive any upon request."

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"
