"Well, I like to say they accommodated me I thought was nice because I had been in airports all day and I couldn’t get back home to chicago until the next morning so believe I arrived at the hotel around one, but couldn’t really do the reservation until 2 o’clock, but at the desk they were very helpful was able to accommodate so that was really great."
