"Everything was wonderdull "

"Room was nice overall. Had a party of 6 so we got the 2 queen and pull out couch which was very nice. Room only had three towels which was lame but not a big deal. The pool area was great but the hot tub had a “no kids under 14” rule which I didn’t like and none of the water features were functional. Our kids loved the kid pool regardless of the fun features not working. I really noticed the finish on the pool lining was exceptionally smooth and super recognizable. Breakfast was super basic...

"The Canal Park Lodge is very charming! The decor is very warm and inviting. We had a lake view on third floor and it was just beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We enjoyed walking along the lake front. The aerial bridge that is walking distance from the hotel was an interesting site. We got to watch the bridge be raised for a barge that came through after midnight. That was a fun experience! I visited in early May 2026 with my two adult kids. We had a wonderful time."

"The hotel is close to the airport. The young man who checked us in was very nice & courteous. The room was big & very clean. "

"My stay was amazing overall…there was just one super simple thing at 8:30am on check out housekeeping quickly knocked twice and proceeded to enter I was Still sleeping I didnt Complain or anything…my mistake for not having the dnd on the door but it was kinda flimsy so it kept falling off everytime I opened The door so eventually I left It on the floor lol but nice staff nice place definitely would recommend"

"Hotel was clean overall but wifi was unbelievably slow. The room next door was blasting TV at 2am, so I had to call the front desk. Not sure if maybe the walls are just thin. No complimentary water bottles"

"Location, Breakfast"

"Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay."

"The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we...

"This was my tenth stay at this wonderful lodge. Nice to be within walking distance of the entire lift bridge area. Always clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast has always been a big plus! "
