Only thing, my girl slipped and fell at the bar area after she came out of the pool running to get her drink. Her fault for not paying attention-Maria was kind and helpful. Love the breakfast variety, we ate every item on the happy hour menu and drinks was superb! We would like to return since our 18 members of our group...

"Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good at Island Kitchen. Transportation was easily available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I do not recommend Lameza restaurant inside the resort, the food was not tasteful, it did not at all resemble Filipino food which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a delicious dinner. There was 8 of us total, not sure if it's our taste buds of knowing the authentic taste of Filipino...

"We had the most wonderful stay here, thanks to Ate Rhose, Oli, and the entire team. Despite our very late arrival (past midnight after a 5-hour van transfer from Puerto Princesa), they were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Almost all the rooms are seafront, so we woke up to incredible views of the bay and the opposite islets every morning. The service was also top-notch; they offered free shuttles to the town square and organized several activities for us. The team was always...

"Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar. "

"We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!"
