"The dormitories needs more ventilation. The four bunk beds in one tiny room without enough ventilation kinda makes you suffocate. The amenities were all accessible and well maintained. "

"Room was clean and spacious the property itself is outdated and if you are not staying on the ground floors there is no lift so you have to lug your suitcases upstairs, the on site food outlets were shut. It’s in a good central position "

"No lift so if you have a heavy bag and you have an upstairs room you’ll have to lug it up stairs. Good central location and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure for a good shower. Bed was good. Room wasn’t noisy either even though it is on a reasonably busy road. "

"One of the oldest hotels in Launceston, with very friendly staff, who were eager to assist us. Our room was clean and suited our needs. Walking distance from many attractions in Launceston. "

" Good amenities such as microwave and fridge ,cutleries. The only problem was the noise at night from the cars outside . Windows are old and thin . You need ear plugs . "

"Great base to explore the National Park, enjoyed our meal (a treat) at the on-site Hell-Yers Restaurant. Very glad we’d booked that in advance! The breakfast hamper worked well for us to be able to cook our own breakfast in the morning, before heading on to our next destination. The accommodation was clean and had all the facilities needed, loved the balcony area for a cup of tea and birdwatching late afternoon "

"The air conditioning unit made a strange loud noise about once an hour. Once we realised it was the air conditioning unit we turned it off and got some sleep. Plenty of parking at the rear and all the main shops were very close by. Breakfast was continental and had plenty of choice. All in all our stay here was very enjoyable."
