"The room was very good , clean and serviced every day clean towels etc.staff were very polite. I enjoyed swimming at the pool. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Warsaw."

"Wonderful stay at the Sofitel. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. I was put in a disabled room though which did dampen my experience a bit as it felt like it was in the middle of the corridor and the shower was not as premium as it could have been. I paid for a high room but stayed with people that didn’t pay for a high room who were higher than I was, not the end of the world just a bit odd when we were checking in and out the same time. I was travelling with someone whose birthday it was and contacted the hotel before to try to organise some flowers for them. They were unable to locate them in the system and therefore I had to arrange this when I arrived although the staff were very helpful with this. The sauna and pool were really lovely and the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend staying at the Sofitel and would stay there again (although request a non disabled room if possible)."

"Good breakfast and service. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and refurbishment. Parking is a big challenge - you have to park your car on the sidewalk for PLN 130 per day."
