"For a 1980s motel, the sort you’d find in the Nevada desert, the price is far too high. Our first room smelled awful; luckily, we were able to swap it.
This one was OK, but it shouldn’t cost more than 50 USD a night. It didn’t even come with a proper duvet, and the air conditioning sounded as if a jet was landing in the room."

"This wasn’t just a stay, it was an EXPERIENCE. We felt like guests in someone’s mansion (because we were!). The furnishings, the music, the decor, the history, the ambiance were all exquisite from the moment we walked in. And the breakfast… three courses in colors, tastes, and textures that were unique and so enjoyable. Chris and Jenna were such gracious and knowledgeable hosts. We hope to visit again!"
