"Great location, staff, facilities, food, and the VIEW !!!! One of the BEST experiences we have had across all of our travels"

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. "Great experience"

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"Okay stay"

"Super hôtel vraisemblablement récent. Hôtel à taille humaine contrairement a celui situé a côté. Vue incroyable de la chambre. Personnel aux petits soins Petit déjeuner buffet de grande qualite"

"Beautiful hotel, amazing views from every room, staff were very welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"Me encantó la recomendación que me dieron sobre lugares donde comer y qué hacer en natales.! un lugar poco retirado de la ciudad, pero perfecto para poder descansar.! Totalmente recomendado"

"Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room."

"Very friendly front desk who were kind enough to set up our cab to the bus station for us. Extra big shoutout to our bartender and waiter (same guy) who was just wonderful!"

"The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice."

"Estan realizando apliaciones, por lo que el ruido de la contrución es a considerar. La vista es magnifica, las habitaciones muy bien y los alimentos mejor. Si regresaria."

"Awesome hotel"

"The staff was very nice and helpfull, really helped me with everything I needed. the location is near of everything, 15min from bus station, near from market and reastaurants, wi-fi was good, the rrom was clean, the bathroom is good and hot shower, the bed was very confortable, the breakfast was good, with eggs, and the lunch box was nice too."

"Todo en explora es excelente. Habitacion, limpieza, personsl, spa. Me encantó el jacuzzi exterior"

"I stayed in the basic hotel rooms. They are ok if you are out most of the day in the tours and just returning to your room to rest. Rooms are clean with very basic furniture and a very small shower. Staff is more less helpful but they dont speak english well and not very professional when they address to the guests. Still good value for money"
