"We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early). "This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. "Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay...

"A stone’s throw (okay, a 5 minute walk) from the bus station made this location perfect. The room/apartment was truly wonderful, and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much welcomed. Sun didn’t set until 10pm and rose at 4:30."

"Thank you, Jacob, for your generous hospitality and your efforts to secure a one-night rebate from Expedia for my stay from June 16th to 18th. I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!"
