"The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the room service was amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well."

"Excellent hospitality!!! Mr Musa was beyond helpful and kind. The food was yummy I give 10/10 to the chef!!! The staff were helpful and kind well mannered. "So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. "Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"A wonderful place to stay. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices — I was never disappointed with a single meal. They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better. And as a bonus, they even have a very cute cat that adds to the charm of the place. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🐾"

I really appreciated that they would not allow us to tip because it made the experience feel more comfortable. Tipping culture in Egypt can be crazy. "I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours. I did not get any responses or refund after days. Expedia scammed me my money"
