"客室は清潔でデザインが可愛いし、ベッドも快適。スタッフはフレンドリー。エレベーターがあるので荷物があっても大丈夫。3階の部屋だったので眺めもよかった。中庭にはバーがあり、エジプトでは珍しくビールも頼めた。wifiがフロントでしか繋がらないのは残念。スタッフが常にフロントにいるわけではなさそう。早朝出発のため、朝食のボックスを用意してくれたけど美味しかった。"

"The hotel is good, however the royal suite was not really royal - the beds are basically 2 individual beds out together, so there is a whole in the middle of the bed and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep there.
The A/C was not getting below 24C and so it was pretty hot to sleep in sometimes."

"I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman.
The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer.

"Rooms are dated, but clean. Location on the Nile is very nice and breakfast is very good. Staff are too pushy with tipping, making the stay unpleasant. Taxi drivers outside the hotel are also very pushy, making it difficult to sometimes leave the hotel."
