"Had a really spacious and comfortable room. Couldn't fault it for the money, great value. Are dinner at the restaurant and it was good too. Easy check in and out with friendly staff."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH IT.
The staff literally was not there, only available through a hard to hear phone call.
My room smelled like weed and cigarettes and there was a dirty sock on smoke detector. My throat hurt after staying for 30min.
The walls are paper thin and the parking is atrocious. Parking was like playing jenga with your car.
They rejected my refund under their predatory policy and they gave me the run around for 2 days. Horrible service."

"Nice, comfortable room alongside the pub, with direct access to the street. Easy check-in via the friendly bar staff and surprisingly quiet given the rooms are alongside the beer garden. Town centre, rail & bus stations and riverfront are all within walking distance, with regular buses to the castle & cathedral up the (very steep) hill. Would definitely stay again."

"Location was a plus since you don’t have to deal with congested traffic in the city. Free parking an obvious plus. Food was decent. Staff and service very good. The only real negative was one of hygiene. It was noticeable that when customers used the toilet facilities and failed to wash their hands, they would return to the restaurant and handle the utensils stacked in the containers on the table. In future, I would take wipes and clean before using."
