"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful.
Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed.
Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"Easy parking, friendly receptionist, She noted we came as a family and gave us interconnecting rooms without having to be asked, Extra Brownie points. The rooms were large and clean with excellent air conditioning. Good Continental breakfast at a reasonable price. The hotel is located in a good location and is reasonably priced. As a result I strongly recommend it."

"Great hotel, great location, great facilities (including their own carpark). The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and our room was more like a suite, with 2 pairs of veranda doors. My only slight disappointment was the breakfast. I had a full English and I’d obviously been cooked 15 minutes previously and kept under hot plate. Everything was slightly crisp and dry but that is a very small complaint compared to the overall quality of this hotel.
