"Breakfast lady was great!"

"My room's AC was not working, which was known by maintenance and staff, and it was still listed as open and available. I was given a giant, loud industrial blower fan to offset the heat, which did not help. We had to sleep with the windows open at night to cool off, which had NO screen on it, by the way. The sure-loc hardware installed on the door to our room was barely hanging on by the screws. I have yet to hear from a manager about my experience. I've left my contact information twice, waiting to hear back."

"Bathroom light flickered, changed room. Second room not ready for guest, hot, turned on AC and left, came back at 11:30 PM, window night shade would not come down, we had to fix it, also AC unit blew black stuff out all over 1 of the beds. No do not disturb door hanger, and was woken up by house keeping, and placed in room by the pool and heavy traffic. Black mold in the shower ceiling. Bed was hard and pillows were old and balled up from washing, towels were old. I have left note for manager and called twice since our stay to talk to manager. No return call from him."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Atherton. The property was very clean. Very nice location! The room was very comfy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, plenty of great options to choose from. The staff, from valet, front desk and wait staff at restaurant were very friendly & professional."
