"Excellent emplacement. Personnel attentionné. Lita et oreillers confortables"

"The location of this adult only hotel is perfect! Reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely room with en suite, and a welcome bottle of Prosecco! Daily housekeeping was thorough. Daily buffet breakfast was exceptional! If I were to return to Krakow I would certainly stay here again!"

"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend."

"We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at Bogoria House. The location is fantastic, very peaceful, however has so many lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps away. You have main square in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other, both being a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. "A comfortable apartment with great kitchen facilities. The reception staff were really helpful and kind. A good location for access to the river, castle, and old town."

"Room was ok but we asked for twin beds and these seemed to be set up for children with small pillows. Pool was cold and overcrowded"

"Great pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to relax after a long day of sightseeing."

"Very clean hotel."

"It's perfect location to do everything. Museum is next door. Staff were excellent."

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Room, spa and pool, bar, staff. All fantastic and value for money. We are 100% returning!"
