We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t...

"Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning."
