Highly recommended this hotel. Nicely situated if you enjoy a pleasant stroll to town square. Hotel staff exceptional from room to restaurant. I also used the spa a wee hidden gem don’t leave the hotel without booking a treatment the massage was exceptional. Can’t wait to return

When i travel to Kraków, i always choose Puro hotel.The staff: Joasia, Weronika, are very helpful, and the housekeeping staff: Beata, keep the place very clean.Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice.The added bonus of hot drinks in the lobby,is a great idea.Thank you and see you soon.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable and large room. It was cool to have umbrellas and yoga matt available to borrow. As a solo traveller, I felt safe in this super friendly hotel that is close to everything but not in the middle of the tourist craziness.
