"We booked a double room We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible. I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay. There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the...

"Amazing hotel in Zakopane, we had a huge apartment and the breakfast was incredible! The rooftop hot tub is perfect after a long hike, but it needs to be reserved so do so in advance because time slots fill up fast!"

"Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

"The apartment itself was nice and had all you needed. But the bed was hard as rocks, even one mattress topper would have made all the difference. You felt every spring. Then the wifi didnt work AT ALL the whole stay. I even texted the host and still nothing. Construction going on next door that started at 6am also was not ideal. I also reached out to host 3 times with no answer before arriving. And then got an email saying to pay for my room in cash despite already having payed on here....

"The location is excellent and the apartment is pleasant, but there were a few issues—for example, there was a washing machine but no laundry detergent, I requested bed linen for three beds but received it for only two, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak."
